Johnny is an experienced member of Living Tennis who has worked in a number of different capacities across the tennis industry. Having played tennis internationally as a junior, he went on to work as a coach, managed international players and played a key role in staging a highly successful annual tennis event. He is also currently a coach on the Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative at The All England Lawn Tennis Club.

 

As a junior player, he was selected for the David Lloyd squad at Reed's School in Surrey (same squad as Tim Henman and Jamie Delgado). He went on to achieve an international junior ranking and represent Great Britain at all junior levels. Following a 2 year period playing full time, he was awarded a tennis scholarship to university in the US. 

 

His coaching career in the UK included being Head Coach at Eton College. In addition he has delivered term time and holiday camps at multiple venues. He has worked with players at all levels, right from beginners to ATP Tour level professionals. 

 

Over a 4 year period, Johnny worked as a sports agent, representing some of the sports best prospects, including, ATP, WTA and Davis Cup players from many different countries.

 

He was responsible for identifying talent across the world and attended all Grand Slam tournaments as well as Masters 1000's events. 

 

He has a global contact list for performance coaches and has sourced top level international coaches for some of his clients. 

Johnny also played a key role in the running of the highly successful Boodles tournament held at Stoke Park every June, which has played host to some of the worlds best players.
