Delgado Tennis is the sole provider of Extra Tennis Coaching and Academies Tennis at St Swithun’s Senior and Prep School. Delgado Tennis also delivers an all year round Junior and Adult coaching programme at St Swithuns that is open to all the community.
Our aim at Delgado Tennis is to ensure that all pupils at St Swithun’s and the local community receive the very best tennis provision at all levels of the game.
Our coaching pathway ensures that all levels of players are welcome here at St Swithuns as we have a range of coaching sessions from entry point through to performance invitational sessions on offer.
Our Delgado Tennis Holiday camps are also open to all players from the community
PREP SCHOOL MONDAY-FRIDAY COACHING
Weekday group lessons are available after school Monday – Friday during term time exclusively for St Swithun's pupils.
Start Monday 5th September 2022 and finish Friday 9th December 2022. No lesson on Friday 14th October and during October half term w/c 17th and w/c 24th October 2022.
COMMUNITY coaching
Monday, Thursday and Saturday indoor and outdoor group coaching sessions during term time are open to all children aged 4 – 11, not exclusive to St Swithun's pupils - open to all.
Start Monday 5th September 2022 and finish Saturday 17th December 2022. No lesson during October half term w/c 24th October 2022.
Extra tennis coaching (etc)
ETC is on offer to all senior school pupils all year round in the same way as pupils can access individual music lessons.
ETC offers Individual, paired and group lessons and these will be timetabled to fit in with a pupil’s academic timetable each term.
